|Bio:||Performing artist Susan Stone shares her stories with the technical expertise of her theatre training and the intuitive wisdom of a true storyteller. From dramatic, introspective Jewish tales for adults, to hilarious, participatory, multicultural stories for children, she has a unique understanding of her listeners' needs. Personal narratives weave throughout her performances, giving insight to the tales. |
She also has taught storytelling to teachers at National-Louis University; acting/storytelling to kids K-12, (Piven Theatre Workshop). Her CDs have garnered: a Parents' Choice Gold Award, Storytelling World Award, NAPPA Gold Awards.
She is also a children's librarian. Wow. If you live long enough you get to do a LOT of fun things….
