| Bio: | An Illinois Arts Council Roster Artist, Sandi Sylver refers to herself as a "Storyteller-Ventriloquist-Songstress", and indeed she is, with programs for children, families, and adults. When Sandi was a budding storyteller, she taught herself ventriloquism from a library book, and her career immediately took off. Sandi now performs nationally with her unique style of "totally whacked-out, interactive, pro-reading, character counts" stories, songs and ventriloquist puppet concerts. Her adult material is called "Stories and Songs of Life, Love, and Laughter", and, as always, "The Girls", her puppet family, are the Stars. Catch Sandi Sylver and "The Girls" at schools, preschools, libraries, festivals, museums, churches, synagogues, and even birthday parties! |
