Amy began singing folk songs as a child. Music was always taught and encouraged in her home. Her music has been influenced by bluegrass, children's music and old time fiddle tunes. Amy has expanded her expertise to include playing old time clawhammer style banjo, folk style fiddle and Irish bodhran. Amy has also had a long-time interest in storytelling and likes to weave stories into her songs and performances. |
