Lois tells stories from around the world and back through time. Over 40 years combines storytelling with librarianship, theatre training, puppetry, sign language, music, and dance to create programs from historical reenactments (including One Room Schoolteacher, Prohibition, the 50s, or 2 very real women from 100 years ago – 1 a WWI bi-lingual phone operator, the other involved in Michigan’s Underground Railroad and the Civil War) to a wide variety of topics for all ages including international folklore and cultures.
