GREG WEISS
For over 25 years, Greg Weiss has directed and produced plays, musicals, folktale theatre performances, spoken word open mics and other storytelling events. His own storytelling has brought him into schools, libraries and other venues in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Michigan, Virginia and Wisconsin, notably, the St. Louis Storytelling Festival. Greg has presented panels, workshops and fringe performances for Northlands and the National Storytelling Network. He also works with people in other professions to discover greater success through applied storytelling. His efforts earned him the Studs Terkel Humanities Service Award from the Illinois Humanities Council. His one man presentation of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol is a family friendly holiday favorite.
